How much will I get on each 3d model I sell?
You will get full 60% up to 70% royalty from each sold 3d model.
How does it work?
  1. You need to be registered on 3DExport!
  2. You need to Submit CG content in 3DExport catalog, it's free.
  3. When the sum of means from your sold models is $100 USD we will send money to you!
How often do I get payment?
We pay to our sellers once a month between 10th and 15th of the following month for sales during the previous month. As an example, you will be paid in the 15th April for all sales you got in March (or for previous months). Your income is sent through a method of payment which you have chosen in your Profile. No payment will be sent to vendor if the royalty payment amounts is less than $100 USD. The sum will be brought forward until it exceeds $100 USD.
How can I send my PayPal account or bank info?
All what is necessary for you is in your Profile. Here you can add Paypal acoount or/and Banking Info, Webmoney, Western Union, etc for receiving money for your sold models. Remember, without this info we can not send you money. Please enter the information carefully.
Can I start selling my 3d models without Paypal account or WebMoney, Western Union, etc?
Yes, your payment method will be: Money on Hold. But we will be unable to send you money until we receive your Paypal or Webmoney details.
Why my model was deleted?
We strive to have the greatest quality files available on our marketplace. We reserve the right to itself to delete items which in our opinion should not be exposed in the catalogue.

When uploading, sellers are required to ensure the following:
  • Photos or textures that you did not create yourself should not be included as a asset
  • Models you DO NOT OWN or have the resell rights to MAY NOT be uploaded
  • It is forbidden to purchase or obtain 3d content from other 3D shops sources, alter and re-upload onto 3DExport for resale. If you do so, you will be liable and your account will be immediately banned
  • Your model and it's assets may NOT contain any advertisement, copyrighted graphic, image, artwork or pornographic content

Our staff will review the quality of a 3d model each added in our catalog. Quality standards are at the discretion of our staff, but here are some general reasons why your item can delete:
  • Too low quality of modeling.
  • Too low quality of rendering.
  • Too low quality of texturing.
  • Too dark renders.
  • Too small renders.
  • Too simple model.
  • The model is stolen or does not belong to the seller.
  • Removed by author request.
  • Model from Poser.
  • Incorrect submition.
  • Incompleted model.
  • Duplicated submition.
  • Incorrect preview.
  • Using generators software.
What types of 3d models can I sell on 3DExport?
Any 3d models and textures that are in high quality. You will see the list of formats in Submit section.
How do I track my sales?
You can observe your sales on My Sales Statistics section.
Can I remove / edit my 3d model?
Yes. You can do it at any time you want. Click [edit] for editing your model. To remove your model, click [delete]. This action you can do on the page of model.
Can I change my nickname?
Yes. You should contact with us via Suppot and ask about changing name.
What have I to do to start selling my 3d models?
Just register at 3DExport and start uploading your 3d models for sale. That's all
I need to get FTP access to upload my models/textures, what should I do?
If you have a lot of 3d models and want to upload it to 3DExport, please contact us at sales@3dexport.com with a couple of images for our review.
How soon my model will appear in catalogue?
Immediately. Right after you submit it to our shop, but please do note that we review all submissions to ensure quality.
How to increase sales of my 3D models?
  • Do include more then one file format. Many of our customers work with Cinema4D, Maya, 3D Studio Max, Lightwave, Swift3D and etc. Including common formats such as 3DS and OBJ dramatically increases the sales of your models.
  • Include detailed descriptions
  • Include meta keywords and descriptions when you will submit model
  • Do the best you can to generate good looking previews, include more then one render and do not forget to include the screenshot of the wirefram.
  • Also you can include link to animation of your model.

I need to be the registered member to buy 3D models?
Yes! It's FREE and you can buy 3D models and other stuff quickly and easily for you.
How can I pay for item?
You can buy model using Paypal and Credit Card. Use shopping cart for purchases.
What systems of payment do you use?
We use 2checkout.com system. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Paypal etc.
How soon shall I receive the bought model?
To avoid fraud, we verify all orders manually. Verification usually takes 1-3 hours. After your order will pass fraud dept checks, you would be able to download the purchased pruduct in your Orders section. Please download all files you purchase immediately upon purchase. However should an item you have purchased be removed from the store it will no longer be available to download.
I purchased a 3D model, but it don't appear in My Orders section, what should I do?
As soon as possible Open new ticket to resolve this problem. Please, specify the number of order, name of a 3D model and link to this 3D model.
How long will it take Support to answer my support ticket?
Our Support is open 24 hour a day. Support tickets are generally answered within 7 hours, however complex support tickets may take longer.
I need another format, what should I do?
Just Open new ticket with request for another format you need and we try to convert it for you.
